Papers, photographs and audiovisual materials relating to the Home Zones campaign
File is comprised of meeting minutes, DVDs, VHS cassettes, correspondence, newsletters, leaflets, press clippings, press releases, and other printed, photographic, and audiovisual materials produced by Transport 2000 under the Streets for People campaign, Children's Play Council, the Department for Environment, Transport, and the Regions, Department for Transport (1998-2004), which discuss the Home Zones campaign, including the acquisition of funding, the creation of areas in residential areas that prioritise the requirements of residents, working group and campaign progress updates, research, safe routes, liveable cities, traffic calming, urban streets, consultation document from the Department for Transport, the creation of two Home Zones videos, the coordination of study tours in the Netherlands and Germany (1998-2004).
