Sub-series is comprised of printed materials and photographs created by the Good Practice Unit, Transport 2000/Campaign for Better Transport, Department for Transport, National Business Travel Network, and others (1995-2008), which discuss the creation of networks and partnerships in England and Wales to advise on traffic reduction through travel plans. Materials evidence the establishment of travel to work, school, and health appointments, and suggest strategies such as green commuting, car-pooling and car sharing, cycle to work schemes, and others that support reduced car usage and ownership and promote health and safety.
