One file is comprised of two bundles of typed and manuscript materials relating to the foundation and key activities of the All-London Against the Road-Building Menace (ALARM) UK (1996-1997). Bundle one contains typed briefing sheets, one press release, and typed and printed research papers produced by Jonathan Bray and others at All London Against the Roadbuilding Menace (ALARM) UK which discuss Labour government plans for road building, what the government plans to do with the legacy roads programme, and a path to economic recovery through the roads programme. Bundle two contains contacts lists addressed 'Contacts for Stephen' containing lists of names, addresses, and other contact details for ALARM UK Southwest and for South Coast Against Roadbuilding (1996).
