Document details the New Orleans jazz funeral-style procession from Victoria Station in London to the office of the Department of Transport, Local Governments and the Regions at Bressenden Place in London that took place the morning of 13 December 2001 and the aim of the delegation for the successor of Railtrack to "put passengers first".
