One colour print photograph (4 x 6 inches), photographer unknown, depicting a stunt on 13 December 2001 organised by Transport 2000 in collaboration with members of Friends of the Earth, the Association of Community Rail Partnerships, and others. The foreground depicts a group of brass band musicians in front of Garfunkel's restaurant in London between Victoria Station and Bressenden Place, one with a tuba and one with a trombone; a member of a film crew with a camera on the left; and a partial image of a member of the brass band bearing a red parasol on the right. Stephen Joseph, Director of Transport 2000 at the time, can be seen in the background, in front of a sign held by a member of Friends of the Earth. The image depicts a campaign stunt with campaigners proceeding from Victoria Station to a meeting with the Secretary of State for Transport, Stephen Byers, at the offices of the Department of Transport, Local Government and the Regions in Bressenden Place.
