Front highlights key complaints against an eco-town under the title "Protect Stratford: Posterity before Profit...Please!", and reverse presents their rejection of an eco-town in the form of a Shakespearean sonnet beginning "This quiet realm of peace, this rural isle" with the header "On Shakespeare's birthday: a plea to DCLG!". Reverse bears a receipt stamp added by the Campaign for Better Transport.
