Typed and printed photocopy of the regional manifesto for the West Midlands, produced by Transport 2000 Limited (now Campaign for Better Transport, for the Growing the Railways campaign, 2007. Item lists various opportunities to grow railway services and infrastructure in the West Midlands region of England, including greater interchange between rail, trams, buses and bicycles, enhancing access by public transport to Birmingham New Street and Birmingham Moor Street, upgrading the Shakespeare and Cotswold lines, growing rail freight capabilities, and filling gaps in the electrified network.
