Dear Sir,
I have been poorly again and I have thought it advisable to sojourn here for a while.
The committee of the Railway mean to propose on Tuesday that they should be paid wages for their labour – I think it would be unjust that the Company should leave your and me in status quo. I ? suggest the propriety of your ? an advance of wages.
I heard just before I left home that Harris has a copy of your lost minutes of evidence and it was stated to me that he knows who has the original.
Yours faithfully
Fra Mewburn
