Dear Sir
From the Eastern premises of Mr. Atkinson to the stile west of the bank belonging to Mr. Neesham (opposite to the Island) the length of River frontage is 410 yards from which stile to another “in the hollow” at the East end of the same bank is 213 yards; the total length required by you being 623 yards, of which about 463 yards has a frontage to the River.
