Boundering upon the said Oxbridge Lane on or towards the South upon the Lands now or late of the said James Raisbeck and Stephen Wheelwright on or towards the West upon the Lands now or late of the said David White on or towards the North and upon the Lands now or late of the said Robert Cockfield John Tweedwell and Thomas Atkinson on or towards the East and containing together by Estimation One hundred and fourteen Acres one Rood and Nineteen Perches or thereabouts be the same more or less And also All those the said several Closes or Parcels of Ground with the houses and Buildings thereupon Boundering upon the said Lane leading to Hartburne on or towards the North upon the said Lane leading to Yarm on or towards the East upon other Lands now or late of the said Henry Brown on or towards the South and upon other Lands now or late of the said Henry Brown and the said Hartburn Beck and the Crookies on or towards the West and containing together by Estimation Seventy nine Acres two Roods and ten Perches or thereabouts be the same more or less with the Ways Rights and Appurtenances to the said Closes or Parcels of Ground hereditaments and Premisses herein before mentioned and intended to be hereby released belonging or in any wise appertaining And the Revision and Revisions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of all and singular the same Premisses Which said Closes or Parcels of Ground hereditaments and Premisses herein before mentioned and intended to be hereby released are now in the actual possession of the said Thomas Reed Ward and Leonard Robinson by Virtue of a Bargain and Sale to them thereof made by the said Thomas Kirton for the Term of a year in Consideration of five shillings to him paid by the said Thomas Reed Ward and Leonard Robinson in and by one Indenture bearing Date the Day next before the Day of the Date of these Presents and by fforce of the Statute made for transferring uses into possession And all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Possession Property Claim and Demand whatsoever as well legal as equitable of him the said Thomas Kirton of in or to the same Premisses or any part thereof To have and to hold the said Closes or Parcels of Ground hereditaments and Premisses herein before mentioned and intended to be hereby released with the Appurtenances unto the said Thomas Reed Ward and Leonard Robinson their Heirs and Assigns for and during the natural Lives of the said George Wreay William Wilkinson and Jeffry Gibson the son and the Life of the longest Liver of them To the use of the said Thomas Reed Ward and Leonard Robinson their Heirs and Assigns for and during the natural Lives of the said George Wreay William Wilkinson and Jeffry Gibson the son and the Life of the longest Liver of them And for and during all other the Estate Term and Intertest of the said Thomas Kirton therein Upon the Trusts and to and for the Intents and Purposes herein after declared (that is to say) In trust by and out of the Rents and Profits of the same Premisses to pay so much and such part of the Rent reserved by the said Indenture of Lease of the seventeenth Day of October one thousand seven hundred and fifty seven as the same Premisses by Virtue of the Agreements in the said Indenture of Release of the twenty first Day of September One thousand Seven hundred and fifty one contained or otherwise howsoever are liable or contributory to pay and to perform the Covenants in the same Indenture of Lease contained on the Lessees or Assignees part and Behalf to be performed so far as the same Covenants do relate to or concern the same Premisses and In Trust to do every Act that may be necessary for the obtaining of a new Lease of the Premisses from Time to Time as often as any of the Persons upon whose Lives the present or any future Lease thereof does or may be depend shall depart this Life or often or in the Case the said Thomas Reed Ward and Leonard Robinson _ _ or the Survivor of them his Heirs or Assigns shall think proper and In Trust by and out of the Rents and Profits of the same Premisses or by Mortgage thereof to raise and levy from Time to Time such Sum or Sums of Money for the paying of so much and such part of the ffine ffees and Expences incident to every such Renewal as the same Premisses by Virtue of the Agreements in the said last mentioned Indenture of Release contained or otherwise howsoever are liable or contributory to pay and to apply the same for that purpose accordingly And subject to the Trusts herein before there of declared the said Thomas Reed Ward and Leonard Robinson their Heirs and Assigns shall stand and be seised and interested of and in the said Premisses herein before mentioned and intended to be hereby released with the Appurtenances Upon the Trusts following (that is to say) as to for and concerning All those the said several Closes or Parcels of Ground with the houses and Buildings thereupon Boundering upon the said Oxbridge Lane on or towards the South upon the Lands now or late of the said James Raisbeck and Stephen Wheelwright on or towards the West upon the Lands now or late of the said David White on or towards the North and upon the that in further pursuance of the said Agreements and in Consideration
of the sum of ffive hundred and fifty pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain to the said ffrances Stapylton or her order in hand well and truly paid by the said John Rutter upon or before the Sealing and Delivery of these presents at the Request and by the Direction of the said John Reeve and Thomas Smith signified by their being parties to and executing these presents in full satisfaction of the said sum of ffive hundred and fifty pounds the Residue of the said principal Sum of Two Thousand pounds secured and due to the said John Stapylton at the Time of his Deceaseas before mentioned The Receipt of which said Sum of ffive hundred and fifty pounds accordingly she the said ffrances Stapylton doth hereby acknowlege and off and from the same and every part there of doth acquit release and discharge the said John Rutter by these presents And in Consideration of the Sum of Ten Shillings of like Money to the said John Reeve and Thomas Smith in like Manner paid by the said John Rutter the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowleged They the said John Reeve and Thomas Smith have and each of them hath bargained sold released and confirmed And by those presents Do and each of them Doth bargain sell release and confirm unto the said John Rutter his Heirs Assigns All those the said several Closes or Parcels of Ground with the Houses and Buildings thereupon Boundering upon the said Lane called Oxbridge Lane on or towards The North upon the said Lane leading to Yarm on or towards the East upon the said Lane leading to Hartburne and towards the South and upon the Hartburn Beck and Joseph Jefferson’s Crookes on or towards the West and containing together by Estimation One hundred and twelve Acres two Roods and thirteen Perches or thereabouts to be the same more or less With the Ways Rights and Appurtenances to the same premisses belonging And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues
