Dear Sir

I forward you Prints of our [illegible] and plans to be deposited which I hope have been forwarded to you this evening but Wilson promised to call upon me for them so I suppose his [illegible] presented here I waited however too long of his calling and missed the opportunity.

Mr Richardson and Mr Jos Pease have determined upon abandoning the large[illegible] fleet Branch in consequence of Mr [illegible] is intention to oppose us unless the Company came to terms with his

I have refereed [illegible] to act for the coal owners being unwilling to be the in----ment of making a Breach be from some of our Company. I have not even read their petition.

We are as well [illegible] as your scheme to be desperately opposed – I have no objection to a good fight.

Thro some omission you name was forgotten to be added to the Bill.
