Sir,
I am directed to acquaint you that a Meeting of the Proprietors in the Stockton and Darlington Railway will be held on Tuesday the 10th Feb at 11 o’clock at the Kings Head. Darlington, to take into consideration the present proceedings of the Clarence Railway Co. as affecting the Interests of this Company & for the dispatch of gen’l Business.
