One of the wheels belonging to the locomotive engine is so worn that it is unsafe to travel. Nearly 'got of [sic] the axle to day [sic] whilst on her way to Darlington' send off wheels and axles. This appear to be a copy of a or version letter held at Transportation History Collection, Special Collections Library, University of Michigan Transportation History Collection Single manuscript collection.
