Says he cannot help (re purchase of Sanspareil No 2) because he had to leave the East Lancashire Railway in July as a result of the Company using cheap trains on Sunday. Recommends he contacts Thomas Wrigley of Timberhurst, Mr Bury of East Lancashire Railway. Encloses Mr Pease’s testimony (not present) for further use.
