Dear Sir
We have now received the Cast Iron part of the wheels for the Locomotive Engine from Newcastle and are ready to proceed with putting in the Tires[?] – but I am very desirous that T. Hackworth should be here to see that every thing is done as He wishes.
Will you be so good as procure him two or three days leave of absence for this purpose which will much oblige Dear Sir
