I Received A letter on the above date from Mr Henry Stobart’s agent stating A Complaint against 7 of our leaders for refusing to bring Old Etherly waggons away which were first on turn; the

leaders say they were ordered to bring Wm Robinsons waggons away by one of the teamers; I inquired of Mr Knox if they had any orders to do so; and he said he had never ordered them; and I inquired of the teamers if they had don so and they said they had not don so
