Line being Single and the whole of the Horses being at the west end; and as the Men Cant see between the Sidings; It will be advisable for the Companey to Station Joseph Anderson or James Clemet on that part of the Line; to Regulate and give all the Facility they Can to the Trade; and to Let the one of them be there the whole of the day; as it is the only place on that part of the Line that will Require attention.
