John Graham Reports to the Commettee

That the New Drums resently put upon the Black Boy Engine by Messrs Hawthorn are in a very Daingerous State nearly the whole of the Arms are Broke JG is informed that the Drums are not made according to Plan

The Traffic has been put to great Inconveniance on account of the Line having been made Single on the Darlington Run which might have been Obeiated provided the Switch
