Application having been made to the Shildon Works Company by some of the Coal Owners for Pay for Grease & Oil found by them for Greasing Waggons between Brusselton Plain and the Collieries, The Shildon works Commettee ordred the Said Claim to be brought before this meeting with a View to Assertain whether the Shildon Works Company the Stockton & Darlington RW Company or the Coal Owners are liable
