John Graham Reports
On Friday Last Busselton Engine whilst Traveling [struck through] Working came out of Gear and Reveresed the Motion the Suden check Broke the Rope and 12 Lading waggons came amain down the East Bank Damage done to Waggons 37£
On Tusday Evening the 8th Inst One of the Fireman whilst Shifting some Empty Waggons at Black Boy Bank Top Let 12 go amain down the North Bank and Ron upagainst 8 Standing at the Foot

Three New Ropes will want ordring as under
