William Ogal and Geo Hodgson cam down the Line from Shildon drunk Ogal Galloped his Horse down past Spout Lane with his Horse Carrage off the way and Injured the way very much; Ogal came past the siding above Marleys Kilns and forsed Michal Taylor back to Walker Lane Siding Contrary to by law and used Taylor very Ill; Then Ogal and Hodgson came down to Wiley hill siding together and met William the 4th Engine Assending and Refused to take the Siding for the Engine Contrary to by Law the Engine Man Refused to go into the siding and they got A Rail and A Chair and Laid in before the
