Octr 23d 1835, Jno Graham Reports to the Commettee
A few alterations in the Coaching department for the Season
1st to cease Running the Coach to the Lands
2nd To drop the Last Train at Middlesbro
3d To do away with Calling at Goospool

Complaint having been made to Jno Graham concerning the Middlesbro Goods Brought by the Majestic being neglected by the Companys servants. J G has ordered Geo Peacock and John Bowesfield to attend the Commettee

Octr 30th 1835
John Graham having been Requested to Report how Wm Lister has fulfilled his contract with the Light Engines in the Coaching Department; J G begs to inform the Commettee that he is of opinion that the contract would have been performed in a very satisfactory manner had the [struck through] on the Middlesbro Line, had the Summer Train not been added to the former Contract; this having been done and the North Star [underlined] & Planet [underlined] Engines in sutch a bad State that it was almost impossable for Wm Lister to do at all times the work that was Required, Mr Dixon Stated to us when he was Over that the above Engines
