*September 20th 1831 Thomas Lyal driving for Charls Law Refused to go into the Siding for No 6 Ingine to pass* [*This section crossed out]
The Same Night
William Hilder Lowered his Waggons in the siding on the low end of Sim pasture and had not left sufficient Room for the Ingines to pass and as No 6 Ingine was going up about 8 O Clock at night She struck against the Waggon and Broke the Ingine _ _ _ Mr Hackworth will give the Damage

September 30th 1831 Anthony Lyon Driving for Charles Laws lowered his Waggons in the siding end upon Aycliffe level and both stoped the passing Siding and the propper Lowering siding for Waggons getting into them _ _ _

Oct. 11th 1831 Jams Robinson Driving for George Hunter Refused to Drop back into the high end of the long siding below Wisley(?) Hill for the Ingine to pass him_
