January 23rd Wm Straffam one of Butter Knowel agents for taking 16 Loading Waggons down Stockton Run and Left them Standing upon the main Line near to the Water House and obstructed the Line { taken before the Magistrate of the Commettee trust they will punish him to the full EPease }

Feb 21st John Fisher Imployed by Ogal for Traveling Between Urley nook and Carter Lane without A Light and was met By No 7 Engine and Killed His Horse and Broke the Engine Tender Mr Hackworth will give the Damage { √ }

Feb 21st the Switch at Rattcliffe Siding was Wrong and set the Coronation Engine of the way {can it be proved upon anyone}
