John Graham Reports that he has Entered into Contracts Agreeable to [the] Company with Messrs William & A Kitching for a Locomotive Engine to be delivered in 6 Months from the Date of order And Also With Thomas Hackworth & Co for One to be delivered in 4 Months Specifications & Agreets will be Handed to the Secretary

That as more Collieries is Opning out and comming upon the Boy plain, that more Room for the Waggons is much Wanted, There is Sufficient Land to the West of the Bishop Auckland Railway to put down other two additional sidings which would be a great Releaf to the Trade
