I would also recomend a repairing Shop at Middlesbro on a Limited Scale to repair any of the Waggons that Breaks down or to do a light Job to An Engine
The Breakage of waggon Wheels beeing a very Searious item in the expence of upholding Waggons I beg to press upon the Commettee the necessity of having a Suply of Better Wheels

That a New Rope is wanted for Brusselton West Bank 950 Fathoms 6⅝
A Drain is wanted to take away the Water from the Engine upon the Adelaids Plain
A Foot Road and Rail round the North end of the Tunnel is much wanted as it is Both Daingerous & inconvenient for the Men going to and from the Collieries Since the Wood Bridge was taking away
