May 15th 1835, Jno Graham Reports to the Commettee

That the Passengers in the Second Class Coaches are Burnt by the Cinders flying from the Engines. J Graham Recomends Wire Gauz to be put at the Ends of the above Coaches

May 22nd 1835, John Graham Reports to the Commettee

On Wedensday Last one of the Cast Iron Rails Broke on Myers Flat and considerable damage was done to the Waggons thereby

John Graham having furnished each of the Contractors for the Locomotive Engines with a copy of his Report respecting the proposed alterations in the Speed
Mr Lister has no objections to any of the proposed alterations
Mr Hackworth recomends the Speed to be allowed between the Rate of 6 and 8 miles per Houre but to be Fined if found Traveling at the rate of 8 miles per Houre
