August 17th 1832 Reports made to the Stockton & Darlington Railway Commettee by John Graham {N 5}
August 11th and 13th Mr Fowlers Plantations was Set on Fire by No 7 Engine and Ingured 6 young Trees I stoped the said Engine on the 14th untill A wire gause was put on
August 14th
The switches at Aycliffe Lane Depots was Left wrong and through the Rocket Engine and Tender off the way and Broke the Tender
August 10th John Morgan & George Newcomb for taking there waggons to Stockton with there axels Shearing

August 15th
As the Stockton teamers was runing the Loaded waggons down to the Shipping place A Stage waggon was Crossing the Railway at the time not knowing that the Loading waggons was desending the Coal Waggons Ran upagainst the Other waggon and Broke one of the wheels and turned the waggon over

Joseph Howden for Runing voilently upagainst A Ballast waggon at Lane and Broke the Tender wheel and Bent Some of the Rods belonging the Engine {to pay the damage EP}
