Jno Graham Reports to the Commettee

That the Last Engine which Hackworth & Downing made for the Clarance Railway has been brought up to So ho Works to Repair three different times since She was delivered without the License of this Company

Octr 29th Wm Lister Loaded 2 of the Companys Stone Waggons with Chairs and sent them down the Clarance Railway One of them I understand has not yet Returned

On Tusday last the Lord Durham Engine was throwing
