March 26th One of the Black Boy waggons was sent away from the Pit with the Block end of the Brake Standing too much into the Inside of the way and new that it was so and Broke several sheave stones and one sheave Damage 50/-

March 17th William Ridman for taking Coals of George Dixons Waggons to Fire his Engine with I have Inquired the reason why he took them and did not get A Supply at Fighting Cocks when he found that he was short; And he says that he expected to have had Coals to serve him up when he passed there; he ownes that he was short at Goospool and Got Small Coal Balast and mixed with his own Coals {7/-}
