That am looking over the Stock of Engines as to the Cost of Repairs & Consumption of Fuel I find that the following Engines are the most expensive and capable of doing the Least work and most destructive to the Railway No 2-11-12-14-25 and as no opertunity for disposing of the above Engines seams to present its selfe at present I would recomend Tenders to be taking

in for Remodeling three of those Engines to be made Similar to the Last New Engines except the Length of Stroke to be 20 Inches instead of 18
