Septr 26th 1834 Reports made to the Stockton & Darlington Railway Commettee by John Graham

Gentlemen
I beg have to inform you that I met Mr Haddick Agent for Mr Pratman and Thos Scarer and the Teamers, Conserning the waggons Thos Lanchester Brought away before Turne, it was Clearly proved that Haddick was in the wrong he begs to have the Fine Remitted as it is the first offence and promised never to do any more { (forgiveness }

Joseph Pickering for continuing down the assending Line from where they are Rel-

-aing the way near Urley Nook with the intention to pass Wm Gill who was traveling before him

Wm Baister for taking the descending Line at Simpasture to Pass Ralph Morgan who was assending at the same time, I was upon Morgans Engine at the time { 5/- Fined }

Septr 24th
Thos Snowden for Traveling at the rate of 12 miles per Houre when desending near Yarm Road and for Traveling at the Same Rate when assending upon the Middlesbro Line; Snowdens very forward conduct being over
