That he and the Enginear have considered the matter over of allowing the G N E Raily Co Waggons to Travel upon our Line and are of Opinion that it would be Injurious to the Line & Traffic to allow it

That the Minute from the St Helens Coal Co Respecting a Police Officer being placed at Brusselton West Bank Foot at the Joint Expence of the Railway Company & Coal Owners has been considered; J G would recomend a Trial to be made by Placing a Post with a Notice Board upon it and that no Waggon or Waggons Should be allowed to Stand between the Post & Bank Foot
