John Graham Reports That he has arranged with Henry Stobart Esqr for the present working of the Etherley Plain; Said H Stobart Esqr Agrees to find Men to work the Engine Ride the Banks, Find Hemp Oil Tallow & Coals for Engine and Oil or Grease for Waggons for the Sum of £11-13-4 per month = 140 £ per annum The Company to keep the Railway, Engine & Ropes in Repair; The Charge per Ton for Coals passing the Said Plain to be Left to the Commettee
