Agreable to the Orders of Last week he has had the Chairs examned on the Clarance Railway and Collected only 9 has been found loose belonging to this Company and the Collieries Connected therewith one belonging to the S & D RW Company is fastned upon Stephen Waltons No1 Waggon other 2 is fastned upon Masons Waggons one belonging to Old Etherly upon No 50 and the other belonging to South Durham upon No 67 Richd Pickering Reports as he was comming down the Durham Branch of the Clarance

Railway he met an Engine Load of Waggons going up belonging to the Collieries on our Line Viz, S D, O E, N E, B B , NW.
