Feb 10th 1832 Reports made to the Stockton and Darlington Railway Commettee by John Graham
February 4th About 5 O Clock in the morning the Wind Blowing Strong from the West Brought 9 Empty Waggons Away from Brusselton East Bank Foot and met Geo Forsters man going up below Marleys Kilns and Killed his mare.
Feb 4th Christr Spence for not Regulating his Spead in going dowen Simpasture and Ran Foul of the Waggons before him I have dismissed him as he has been Fined before for the Same Offence

Feb 8th Christr Iley for Traveling without A Light when the Globe Engine Ran up against him below Yarm Brench and one of the Empty Waggons got upon the Horse: Iley had a Woman and Some of the Workmen in his Horse Carrage at the time it was a Great Wonder that they were not all Killed no damage { 5/- }
Feb 8th George [struck through] Wm Strang Imployed by George Langstaff for traveling down Oak Tree Battrey Without A Light { To be taken before Justice 2/6 EP }
