April 6th 1838
John Graham Reports that two Coaches have been Delivered by John Harrison on Tuesday Last Viz the Teesdale [underlined] & Yorkshireman. [underlined] The Teesdale is well made and highly finished; but Since She was delivered the End has got much damaged by the Guard Leaving the Coupling Pin Hanging down upon the Incline Plane

John Graham Reports to the Commettee

On Wedensday Last the whole of the work on Brusselton Plain was Suspended all the for part of the Day owing to the Waggons having been throwing off the way at the West Bank Foot and the Collieries Laid off work, the above accident occored owing to the Railway Men Chainging the Point and Switch which was imperfectly done
