John Graham Reports to the Commettee

Agreable to the Orders of Last week J G has Seen Hackworth & Downing respecting the extra quantity of Lead brought over Brusselton Plain and the Adelaids Colliery Coals halling up Black Boy North Bank
Hackworth & Downing consider that they ought to be paid for the extra weight of Lead at the Contract Price and also to be paid the Contract Price for Halling the Adelaids Coals up the Black Boy North Plain

John Graham Reports to the Commettee

Agreable to the Orders of Last week J G has Seen the Agent at the Lead yard Respecting his Tickets and hopes that the Tickets in future will come regularly with the Waggons

On Saturday Last the Rope on the Black Boy North Plane Broke with 9 Lading Waggons when near the Top of the Plane the whole of the Waggons went a main down the Bank and Broke other 2 Waggons at the foot of the Plain. Damage to Waggons & Sheaves &c about 40 £
