John Graham Reports to the Commettee
That the Trade is put to great inconvenience by the Durham County Coal Companys Empty Waggons accumulating at Shildon About 200 of them is Standing Daily 80 of which has not Turned Round for the Last 5 or 6 Weeks
J G has had a man taking the Number of People Walking over Brusselton Hill for the Last 8 Days; The Daily Average is From St Helens 23 & From Shn 19 Total 42 { J Pease Jr }

John Graham Reports
That he has agreed with the Enginemen for A Reduction of 10 per Cent to Commence on the 1st of October nothing to be taking off for Grate Bars______ The price will then be for all Coal, Stone, Lime & Merchenize desending ⅛ of a Penney per Ton per Mile, And for all Goods Assending 1½d per Ton for every 4 Miles passed over or .375 per Ton per Mile
