Thomas Gibson one of the plate layers has been in the habit of sending to the Black Boy Colliery for Coals and ordring them to be ticketed to Spout lain and bringing them down to Aycliff lain and depriving the Company of the tonage between Spout Lain and Aycliff Lain; Reported by Mattw Turnbull and says that he can prove that he has done it twice – { See tickets against next week } –

David Pears George Wanlass and Robert Clark George Milburn for sending there Waggons over Brusselton plain without tickets [words struck through] I have bean at the Black Boy Colliery and got the Ticket Book examined and found that one of Gibsons Waggons has been Ticketed
