belonging to Michl Langstaff is very Convenient for both Railway and Turnpike it is now unoccupied and can be taking for a warehouse at 4 £ per annum, Robert Labron who has the Halling of waggons at Brusselton West Bank Foot and the Coach will also take the Lead to load and deliver to the above place for the sum of 6d per Ton

R Labron will further agree to take the Goods into his Charge as soon as they go Over the Hill and deliver them to there Respective Places or keep them in the Warehouse untill Called for

3d/ The Lands there is no Bulding there
Mr Storey and John Graham would Recomend the Company to wall in a Small Yard for the

Lead to be deposited in, at the Hagger Leazes Lane on there own Property

4th) John Graham would further Recomend the Company to take in Tenders for 12 New Carrage waggons as a good many of the old ones are not worth Repairing the Contractor to Take 12 of the Old waggons as part Payment, one of the New Waggons made at St Helens will serve as a pattron waggon if the Company aproves of the Plan

John Graham would also Recomend a few of the Best of the Present Carrage waggons being put upon Springs
