June 8th Reports made to the Stockton and Darlington Railway Commettee by John Graham
Gentlemen,
As we have to Commence loading the Coals from Shildon to Darlington with the Horses on Monday and from thence to Stockton with the Engines; we will be short of Power to lead the Coals from Stockton to Darlington, unless the Company Sends the 2 Square Engines to lead the Coals upon the Midlsbro Line, so that we may the use of the Midlsbro Horses to assist us at the west end _____ As the trade will be greatley Impeaded at Simpasture Curve on account of that part of the
