January 17th 1834 Reports made to the Stockton and Darlington Railway Commettee by John Graham
January 13th Wm Young for not regulating the spead of his Engine when aproching the Black Diamond Engine which was traveling before him on the same Line, But ran upagainst the waggons of the Black Diamond and throwed the Engine off the way
report damages £3-15 to pay
The teaming of waggons at Yarm is very expensive on account of the Teamers having to engaige A Horse to remove the waggons so often, to avoid this as much as possable it would be advisable to Let the Teaming and Filling and for the Teamers to Hall and remove all waggons into the Contract Price

A Coach House is very much wanted at Saint Helens for the Coach to stand in at Night
