Joseph Blenkenship got 4 Waggons of Coals and delivered them at Marleys Kilns and Ran the Waggons down to Backhouses Kilns and Let them stand there untill I sent A Horse for them, expence of Carring them up 1/4 they are worthy of Fining for so doing as they ought to keep the Road Clear
