J G is of opinion that it would be to the Intrest of the Company to make the Outside Fares 4d instead of 6d between Yarm Branch and Stockton
J G again begs to call the attention of the Commettee to a Shed which is wanted for the Coach Engine to Stand in at Shildon and ought to be and [struck through] done before the Winter Sets in

The Enginemens Wages has been under the Consideration of J Graham for the Last few Weeks and having tried every things over very minutly it is his opinion that 10 per Cent can be taking off Still Leaving a fare remuration for their Labour the price would then be ⅛ of a penny per Ton per Mile and one Shilling Taking off for Grate Bars
