March 16th 1832; Reports made to the Stockton and Darlington Railway Company by John Graham

John Robinson for Leaving his Waggons Standing at Aycliffe Lane without A Light and No 7 Engine Came up against him and was going to thrust his waggons back with the Engine and Robinson got A Wood Block and Laid in before the Engine to throw her off the Way

March 16th
No 8 Engine was Comming down about 1 OClock in the morning the tender took the wrong way at Wood Bridge Siding

and Broke the Tender and 4 Waggons very Sore and Sent the Engine off the way and obstructed the Line 7 Houres – {it does not appear that anyone is to blame} –
