George Ord for going down the Empty siding with his Loading waggons between Urley nook and Yarm Branch and got of the way so that one of his waggons was to cost expence of Carting {2/- { 2/6 – to pay 2/- each }

Thomas Peares for Crossing the Durham Road without A Light and Ran foul of A Gentlemans Gig and Broke it this is the third time he has bean Reported since I Came here
