As Joseph Howden was coming down Darlington Run with the Rocket Engine it appears that the waggons had to much speed as he came into the Run and the Rails being wet; he could not bring his waggons up; An Engine with A Loading train was Standing before him and he Ran upagainst them and Broke 3 waggons and the Engine Tender
