In obeadance to your orders I gave notice to the Engine men that there Prices would be Reduced according to the scale of per Cartage aggreed upon last week; They say that the Engines cant be wrought for the Prices and wishes to speak to the Commettee; I have also brought one of the men that I had on trying the Expearement with
