John Wilkinson Guard between St Helens & Shildon is going to Leave his Situation
As considerable delay is occasioned by the Locomotive Engines taking in there Coal at the Branch End, having them all to lift into the Tenders by Hand from the Ground, J G would therefore Recomend as a Temperary releaf A Crain or Winch to be placed to Lift a Box containing a Ton the Height of the Tender,
